Strategic Account/Channel Manager

Informetric Systems Inc. develops, sells, and supports mission-critical software applications that enable manufacturers in life science and other target industries to assess and improve the quality of their product.

The Strategic Account manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major accounts and strategic partners. This individual will be the primary commercial lead for these accounts.

Our ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. This individual must have a proven track record in technical sales and account management. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing or information systems is required.

  • Direct the commercial activity of the company within strategic accounts
  • Generate top line revenue growth through the development and support of major accounts and channel partners
  • Identify current and future customer needs by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel at customer organizations
  • Advocate for strategic accounts
  • Visit customer sites
  • Communicate customer feedback to product managers to contribute to the product vision and roadmap

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in software technology sales
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • In depth knowledge of manufacturing enterprise and automation systems
  • Minimum of Bachelorís degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or technical field
  • Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Willingness to travel at least 40% (including International)
