Film and sheet extrusion operations must coordinate manufacturing data from a variety of data sources including drive systems, temperature controls, PLCs, gauging systems and optical inspection devices. RQMS provides a comprehensive production management system for linking all manufacturing systems with a roll-centric view. Immediate access to all manufacturing data enables extrusion operations to maximize throughput and avoid scrap.

In addition to core profile and defect historian capability, RQMS offers a range of optional modules ranging from laboratory information management (LIMS) to Certificate of Analysis (COA) generation. RQMS can also act as the primary process and event history for all extrusion processes.
