Production Reports

RQMS offers report formats that address common production management and customer documentation tasks. Report options range from simple pre-configured reports which can be generated on an ad hoc basis and exported to Excel, to advanced genealogy reporting from external data sources using the RQMS Advanced Reporting Module.

The Product/Grade Run Report summarizes roll quality attributes across an entire run. Certificates of Compliance provide configured statistical summaries and quality attributes of each roll associated with an order or shipment. Customer-specific formats are supported with configurable report content and layout.

Process Analysis

Process engineers can quickly export detailed roll quality data into spreadsheets or scientific software without the tedious manual preparation that is often associated with ad hoc analysis. RQMS also assists in correlating on-line profile, defect and process data with off-line test data.
